Healing is not about 'stretching the vagina' or focusing on pleasing your partner.
It's about deconstructing the fear of insertion, teaching your nervous system that you are safe and learning to break free as a victim of this condition. Your peace is more powerful than your pain.
Let's bring your body back home.

Meet Her
Having been diagnosed with vulvodynia and vaginismus for 6 years now, Azia has grown a community around the conditions and holistic healing with over 42k followers across TikTok and Instagram. She has experienced misdiagnoses several times, been told ‘It’s all in her head’ and judged by sexual and romantic partners. It's her mission to help others feel less alone and share how she healed her condition and the intentional somatic work towards her pain-free life.
As a queer woman of colour, she prioritizes an intersectional approach in educating folk. Her work is beyond sexual wellness, but teaching women+ how to advocate and be assertive for their health when working with doctors, bring more user-focused research to medical technology and inspire others to release this 'I'm-broken' mentality, regardless of your body and condition.
